Rider Ratings

After the ride, you're prompted to rate your rider and must do so in order to continue receiving requests. Anything less than a 4 or 5 means that the rider wasn't up-to-par, and we want to know why. Please utilize the comment box to leave feedback on the rider — only carGO managers see this feedback.

Changing a Rider Rating or Adding Feedback

If you experienced a safety-related incident or emergency situation, see the steps for calling us to report it. You’ll complete an incident report with our local operations team. If you simply want to provide additional feedback or change a rating, send us a message at support@gocargo.io with the following:

  1. The rider's name, and the time and date of the ride;
  2. What you'd like to change their rating to and why.
