Download the carGO rider app from the Apple App Store. Devices with iOS 8 and newer are supported.
To download and install the carGO rider app on your Android phone, head to the Google Play store. Devices with Android 5.0 or newer are supported.
Creating a carGO account requires a valid email address and phone number. You’ll also need to create a password and agree to terms and conditions and our privacy statement.
Fill in your first and last name, email address, phone number, and upload a quality head and shoulder photo. Once you complete this part of the signup process, we send a text SMS to verify your phone number. Enter the one-time code to complete your profile.
Next, enter your "Payment Info"rmation by tapping the menu button at the top left of the screen, and tap “"Payment Info"”. Adding a credit card or debit card number allows your ride fares to be automatically charged after each ride. Please note that we cannot accept prepaid cards.
Before you can request a carGO ride, your account must include a payment method. Enter your payment information by tapping the menu button at the top left of the screen, and tap “Payment Info”. Adding a credit card or debit card number allows your ride fares to be automatically charged after each ride. You may add multiple payment forms. The one marked default will be billed, and can be changed by tapping the radial button. Please note that we cannot accept prepaid cards.
To change your photo or name, tap the menu button from the top left of the home screen. Tap the area at the top that includes your photo to open your profile. Tap “Edit” on the top right. Tap the small edit icon on your photo to change it, or tap in the first or last name fields. You may not change the email address or phone number on your account.
